Atypical and pioneering, the Pavillon is the ideal venue for your business events! This eco-building combines modernity and harmonious integration into the environment, just a stone's throw from Namur town centre. Designed by architect Patrick Génard, the Pavillon was built for the 2015 Universal Exhibition in Milan. It is both eco-designed and designed to evoke the history of Belgium, making it a true architectural symbol of the country. The site also illustrates the ideal urban concept of the "lobe city", with its central dome towards which various interconnected spaces converge.
Easily accessible by cable car from the city centre, the Pavillon is located on the Esplanade de la Citadelle in Namur, close to a public parking area. The 2500 m² site is exclusively for corporate events, from business meetings to presentation evenings for up to 500 guests. The entire facility is accessible to people with reduced mobility - PRM.
The Pavillon comprises a number of complementary areas. The 300 m² entrance hall and its vast multi-purpose hall are the perfect setting for welcoming your guests. The elegant 650 m² dome can be used for a cocktail party or product launch. The basement, which can be partially darkened, offers a further 400 m² for your events.
The Pavillon can be used for conferences of up to 200 people and for stand-up events of up to 500 people. A catering service can be organised on request.
This unusual space also has two meeting rooms, adjoining a superb 75 m² terrace with a stunning view. The 80 m² of the Salle Namur and the 72 m² of the Salle Milan are ideal for meetings, conferences or cocktail parties with between 30 and 70 participants, depending on the configuration chosen. The terrace is equipped with deck-chairs and parasols.
On the technical side, the Pavillon is fully equipped (sound equipment, ambient and accent lighting, projection, Wi-Fi, flipchart, etc.) and offers a technical service on request.
