The Citadel of Namur is easily reached by car from the E-411 and E42 and has a large free parking lot right next to the spaces for rent. The whole complex is accessible to people with reduced mobility - PRM.
The rooms are fully equipped (projection system, flipchart, Wi-Fi connection, acoustic panels, hanging rails). A catering service is provided during the day for your meetings. Charges and cleaning are included in the rates. The venue is free of caterers and brewers, and you can bring in a foodtruck. A professional kitchen is also available on site. If you wish, lighting and sound equipment can be provided for your party or conference. Terra Nova's huge terrace can be used to set up a marquee for a cocktail party or company event with a view of the city!
The Citadel of Namur offers four rooms that can be hired. The Vauban space can accommodate your meetings for up to 30 participants, while the Blanche and Don Juan rooms are suitable for private or professional events, for up to 100 and 120 guests respectively. The Bar is a convivial place where 30 people can meet. Finally, you can combine the Vauban, Don Juan and Blanche rooms to organise an event for up to 300 participants.
