Fully restored, it is less than ten minutes from Val Dieu, Aubel, or Herve, and just half an hour from Liège. Surrounded by nature and situated by the water, it is perfect for a green seminar, a training day, or an intimate wedding.
Set on a seven-hectare estate, the property borders a river and a pond, creating a calming atmosphere. Rives 903 consists of two spaces rented exclusively together: the house and the mill (with its adjoining room).
The venue features a bright room that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 80 in a cocktail setup. The bar and spacious kitchen allow you to organize meals and receptions freely. Rental includes furniture: 50 chairs and eight tables.
Committed to sustainability, the owners have installed solar panels and low-flow taps. Energy is managed via home automation, and the indoor pool uses a biological filtration system.
The gîte offers twelve bedrooms with bathrooms, for a total of 30 beds, plus room for two infants in cots. The property is rented for a minimum of two nights. Bed linen, towels, utilities, and cleaning are included in the price.
