La Coccinelle is a superb residence set in 4000 m² of enclosed grounds surrounded by woods. There is a 65-space parking area, a 100 m² terrace, a barbecue and three petanque courts for relaxing moments with friends or colleagues. It is also possible to bring a food truck on site.
There is also a 50 m² veranda adjoining a beautiful 120 m² room with a bar area that can accommodate 100 to 200 people. The whole space is perfectly equipped to organise a cocktail party or a dinner: a counter with fridges, 5-tap fresh beer dispenser, an ice machine, a mezzanine, a professionally equipped kitchen for your caterer... Another separate area comprises two pretty 50 m2 rooms and another bar area, allowing you to organise a meeting for 40 participants or a cocktail party for 100 guests. The building has a Wi-Fi connection and projection and sound equipment.
Room hire is free of service providers (caterer, DJ, brewer, etc.).
After your event, La Coccinelle offers on-site accommodation for up to 10 people (4 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms).
