In the heart of approximately 490,000 vines, the estate features seven modular rooms, each with its own terrace, accommodating between 8 and 800 guests. The Domaine is suitable for everything from board meetings or small gatherings of 8 people to seminars for 200 participants, conferences with up to 500 attendees, gala dinners for 400 seated guests, and cocktail receptions or festive events for up to 800 people.
The Élixir lounge, located next to the estate’s Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Impératif d’Éole, is ideal for meetings of up to 25 people and can also host meals served by the restaurant. The Magnum 1 and 2 rooms are perfect for seminars and can be combined thanks to a movable partition, offering a total capacity of 120 guests. At a higher capacity level, the Balthazar hall can accommodate between 100 and 500 people depending on the type of event: meetings, conferences, banquets, or dance parties. Finally, the Brasserie d’Éole offers 150 seats as well as a smaller lounge suitable for meetings of up to 10 people. Each space provides access to a terrace and offers stunning panoramic views over the lush vineyard.
Domaine du Chant d’Éole also features a large parking area with 1,000 spaces, including charging stations. The team provides everything you need to host your events: stage, projector with screen, sound system, lighting, and more. For catering, the venue offers a wide range of options: cocktail receptions, hot or cold buffets, international cuisine, barbecue packages, convivial dishes, or multi-course seated meals. Packages including room rental, equipment, welcome breakfast, lunch break, or afternoon snack are also available.
Please note that from spring 2026, the Domaine d’Éole will offer 12 double rooms to accommodate your guests.
