Cosenberg 27 is a characterful venue in an ideal location, just 20 minutes from Liège and 5 minutes from Herve. The L-shaped building surrounds a charming central courtyard and includes three spaces that can be booked independently.
The Panoramic Room, on the ground floor, can host 36 guests seated at tables, 20 to 40 people for a meeting or conference, and up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception. Its large bay windows provide beautiful natural light and a view of the park.
Upstairs, the Canopy Room can accommodate 17 people around a U-shaped table and up to 80 people in theatre style. Its understated layout and bright atmosphere make it an ideal conference or meeting room.
Finally, in another wing on the ground floor, the Foyer can host 36 seated guests and 50 standing. Its rustic walls and woodwork, together with its fireplace, create a warm atmosphere that is perfect for a banquet.
All rooms at Cosenberg 27 are fully equipped: high-speed internet, whiteboard or flipchart, projection screen, conference speakers and a coffee corner.
For catering, the Deux Mains catering service adapts to all your needs: breakfast, snacks, festive afternoon treats, cold or hot buffets, cocktail dinners, three- or four-course menus and more. Monday to Thursday rate: €250 for one room, from €400 for a combination of rooms
Weekend and public holiday rate: €350 for one room, from €500 for a combination of rooms
High season: from May to October
Monday to Thursday rate: €300 for one room, from €500 for a combination of rooms
Weekend and public holiday rate: €425 for one room, from €650 for a combination of rooms
In both high and low season, from Monday to Thursday: no rental fee if the space is used only for the duration of a meal (lunch or dinner) with a minimum budget of €700 excluding drinks.
Daily price including VAT, no cleaning fees, unlimited water carafes.
