Located in the heart of a historic and green estate, the Museum is the ideal place to host your seminar, your team building or a private party. It houses renowned antiquity collections and organises national and international exhibitions. The site, located between Brussels and Mons, is easily accessible by car. Public transport from the La Louvière train stations also serves the estate.
The Royal Museum of Mariemont has three areas for rent, all of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility- PRM. The 340 m² of the museum itself can be rented in the evening for a private or corporate event for up to 250 people. The Gallery and the first floor can be rented for a half-day or a full day, for conferences or teambuildings for up to 250 participants. The Boël auditorium has a capacity of 150 people.
The site offers a wide range of services for organising a tailor-made event. In addition to the Wi-Fi connection and flipcharts, the museum provides all the projection, sound and lighting equipment. Microphones and laptops can also be provided. A cloakroom and a food-truck area are also available. Outside you are free to enjoy the 45 hectares of wooded grounds surrounding the building.
The rental fee includes energy costs and cleaning. On request, the team of the Royal Museum of Mariemont can organise a catering service. Personalised tours with guide are also possible at an additional cost, as well as tailor-made lectures.

The entire museum can be rented outside the opening hours, i.e. in the evening:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings: €2420 incl. VAT
Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings: €3388 incl. VAT
There is no possibility to rent the entire museum on Mondays.
