In addition to its exceptional environment, the estate has the advantage that it offers many design options that you can choose and combine as you wish.
Room 1 is perfectly suited for the reception of a small group and to plan a private event for 60 people or more. This room is also ideal for a professional meeting or a meeting for up to 30 people in a boardroom or 100 people in a theatre layout, especially since the equipment at your disposal is very complete. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge throughout the establishment. You can also benefit from a video projector, as well as a projection screen and a flipchart.
Of course, the setting is particularly suitable for a family reunion for the occasion of a baptism, wedding or anniversary. The inner courtyard can be used for an aperitif to enjoy its charming environment when the beautiful weather has arrived. For the meal, you are free to choose the caterer that suits you, and the establishment will be of good advice for recommending you quality professionals. By combining its 4 rooms, this large estate will allow you to accommodate up to 500 people for a dance evening and up to 350 people for a seated meal, depending on the layout of the tables.
You can also book only rooms 1 and 3 for an intermediate reception capacity. In the practical section, everything has been designed to simplify your task, with, for example, a very large parking lot and a cloakroom at your disposal. Please also note that it is possible to stay on site, although accommodation isn’t included in the rental price. In order to ensure that your event will be an unforgettable day, the Ferme du Château d'Oudoumont only accepts one event at a time. You are therefore guaranteed to be the only ones to enjoy the estate on your D-day.
In order to be able to prepare the event in complete peace of mind, you have access to the room from the day before at noon until the day after your event at noon. The Ferme du Château d'Oudoumont is free of everything (caterer, brewer, DJ, etc.). Concerning the rental of the equipment, we ask you to use our services, knowing that you benefit from a preferential rate.
