Description

Seminar or private party... organise your event at Les Trois Fontaines, a building with character in the middle of nature at Nil-Saint-Vincent (Brabant).

The villa of Les Trois Fontaines is located in the heart of a five-hectare green park with trees. Situated about thirty kilometres from Brussels and Leuven, this peaceful site will charm you with its serenity. Les Trois Fontaines is also close to the universities of Louvain-La-Neuve and Gembloux.

The ground floor of this characterful villa consists of a large reception hall, a vast reception room and three smaller rooms, making it an ideal place to host professional events such as company parties, team buildings, seminars, conferences, congresses or one-day courses. This layout is also ideal for more personal events such as family reunions.

The reception capacity ranges from 10 to 60 people, depending on the desired set-up. The library, the terrace with its comfortable deck chairs, access to the park and a tennis court are available to guests. Parking, cleaning, utilities, furniture (tables and chairs) and a projector with screen are also included in the offer. Les Trois Fontaines also proposes an optional access to its Wellness and Relaxation area (sauna + jacuzzi) located in the surrounding woods, as well as the possibility of accommodation in one of its two 3-ears guest rooms.

Eager to personalise their offer, Gwendoline and her team will propose a list of carefully selected caterers as well as an offer with degressive rates according to the time spent at the farm (half day, day, day + evening).
