In Froyennes, La Ragotière combines a well-tended country setting with very reasonable prices. For just over €1000, you can book the beautiful wedding hall and grounds of the estate! The ground floor of Château de Thieusies, in Soignies, is yours for 850 euros a day, and the first floor for just 350 euros. Hall 3, ideally located in the town centre of Tournai, can be hired from €250. Of course, you'll need to pay extra for the services, but some venues don't have a caterer, so you can bring in a food truck: a convivial and inexpensive solution for your wedding!
In the vicinity of Mons and Tournai, two properties are a must for your wedding celebrations: Château Bagatelle and Château de Thieusies. Bagatelle, set in beautiful landscaped gardens, is easy to reach from the motorway and offers quality accommodation for 20 people. Thieusies, with its 18th-century buildings and sumptuous grounds, is just a stone's throw from Mons. The property has two luxury spaces that can accommodate a wedding banquet for 100 guests.
A splendidly restored 16th-century farmhouse, the Distillerie de Biercée is one of the best places to organise your wedding in Hainaut. Easily accessible from the ring road of Charleroi, the property has five reception rooms for up to 300 guests and an on-site catering service. The province is also home to a number of rehabilitated sites, including the former Soleilmont Abbey near Charleroi. Renamed B'YO, the venue welcomes your wedding party of 100 to 150 guests under superb vaulted ceilings, timber framed ceilings and in the freshness of the gardens.
First of all, it's best to plan ahead: the most beautiful reception halls in Hainaut are in great demand! Then you should think about the capacity you need and the services you want. For example, if you want to be able to accommodate your guests on site, the Hotel Elberg is an excellent option. Located right in the centre of Mouscron, the hotel can host weddings for up to 80 people and has four flats and six bedrooms.
