Kloster Heidberg in Eupen was built at the very beginning of the XVIIIth century at the request of the sisters of the Recollect Order and with the support of the friars of the Franciscan Order in Flanders. Initially dedicated to the education of young people in the region, the convent officially became the property of the government of the German-speaking Community in 2007 and opened its doors as a professional events centre in 2014.
This splendidly restored venue offers companies a comfortable setting for conferences, symposia, business meetings and product launch evenings.
The venue, which is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, has 38 rooms and 61 beds to accommodate your staff. It includes 5 carefully renovated rooms: Adelheidis, Bonaventura, Goer de Herve (in 2 parts) and the Kapelle, the former choir, which has been sumptuously redecorated. These spaces are fully modular, and can accommodate between 2 and 300 people depending on the table layout chosen.
These spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art materials: flat screens, projectors, HDMI connection, Wi-Fi and W-Lan networks, an AirPlay system for data transfer, as well as state-of-the-art sound equipment. The team will accompany you and take care of all the preparations according to your needs.
Kloster Heidberg also has its own bar and an up-market restaurant with buffets provided by local caterers using regional, short-chain products.
The estate is located in the heart of the municipality, near the railway station and only 30 minutes by car from Liège and Aachen. The adjacent car park has 80 spaces.
