Just a stone's throw from Mons, the SPARKOH! science centre houses exhibitions, conference rooms, an immersive projection room, event spaces and green exteriors. This historic site, whose renovation was entrusted to the architect Jean Nouvel, now hosts all kinds of events. The 300-space car park is equipped with e-bike charging stations. The entire site is accessible to people with reduced mobility - PRM.
For your private or professional events, the SPARKOH! science center offers three contemporary spaces with an exceptional architecture. The ground floor room - Le Rez-de-Chaussée - is flooded with natural light thanks to its huge windows overlooking the garden and its playground. With a maximum capacity of 225 people, it has a stage and a bar area. The Panoramic Room - Salle Panoramique - is a huge hall with an original design and full equipment. It can host a dance party for up to 245 guests. Finally, the futuristic decor of the Trémies hall is appropriate for your large-scale events: 250 guests at table and up to 300 participants for a cocktail party! You have access to the fully equipped kitchen, as well as to the terrace.
The science centre has four spaces that are reserved exclusively for business events. The Petit Garage and the Grand Garage can accommodate a maximum of 55 and 110 people respectively. The Board Room - Salle du Conseil - with its capacity of 2 to 15 people, is ideal for a board meeting, for example. Finally, the Palais des Images has a capacity of 50 to 140 people. This space is a futuristic cinema room, where you can project your videos on the five sides of a giant cube, i.e. five screens of 100 m² each!
The other four rooms are equipped with a projection system, flipcharts, professional lighting and sound system, available on request, as well as a Wi-Fi connection.
The SPARKOH! science centre provides you with a list of authorised caterers (in which case a corkage fee applies). It is also possible to bring in a food truck.
