Le Chapeau Blanc has come a long way! After narrowly escaping closure, this magnificent brasserie was taken over by a group of friends: 16 enthusiasts of good food and a convivial atmosphere, decided to breathe new life into this emblematic establishment in Brussels. 

Today, Le Chapeau Blanc bar again welcomes groups in the authentic decor of a Brussels brasserie. With its wooden counter and chairs, leather banquettes, warm lighting and terrace on the corner of two streets, this is a place not to be missed.

Le Chapeau Blanc's bar offers quality beers and wines, cocktails and aperitifs, hot and cold drinks... At the table, you'll find seasonal produce, selected locally and preferably organic. The brasserie has also been awarded the ‘Good Food’ label.
