Welcome to Au Bistronome, a place dedicated to cooking and sharing, run by a family united around their project! The site combines restaurant, bistro and winter cottage, for nice moments with family, friends or colleagues in Dalhem.
Au Bistronome has two restaurant rooms, each with a private terrace. You can organise your christening or wedding meals, congresses or incentives for 5 to 120 guests. The exposed framework, the local stone walls and the superb fireplace give the place a warm and friendly atmosphere. The place is entirely accessible to PRM.
This venue is easily accessible via the E25 motorway and includes a private parking lot. The Bistronome has a large garden with a small brook, two terraces and a children's playground. There is also an indoor kids game room. It is possible to arrange accommodation on-site.
In the restaurant, you can enjoy an inspired menu with local, seasonal and products, all home made. In the Bistro, you have the choice between a brasserie menu or aperitif platters, for quality gourmet moments. For your private or corporate events, it is possible to organise a tailor-made catering service, according to your preferences: cocktail party, grilled food, various buffets, three or four course menu...
