Halfway between Eupen and Verviers, in the countryside, l'Eauget is an establishment unlike any other. There's no table service here, because it's not a restaurant. The concept is simple: you choose your menu and drinks and, on the day of your event, your dinner awaits you in La Salle. You simply heat it up and enjoy your meal! The entire space is reserved for you, for a private or corporate evening full of gastronomy and intimacy.
In terms of décor, l'Eauget offers an unusual setting for your meetings. The water wheel, which powered the old woollen mill since 1800, is still in place. It even produces electricity for the current building!
As for the cuisine, the menu is tempting and changes every fortnight. You can choose from meat, fish or vegetarian menus, all of which include an appetiser, starter, main course and dessert. Coffee and tea are included. L'Eauget also offers two brunch options, if you choose to stay on site, or a delicious Swiss fondue! A selection of wines and champagne, as well as soft drinks and hot beverages, accompany your business dinner or family meal. If you'd like to start your evening with a bite to eat, crisps, peanuts, other salty snacks and sausages are available from our vending machine.
You can also stay on site in the two rooms in the former spinning mill. A total of three double beds await you in a neat, atypical setting.
L'Eauget also has a parking area with seven parking places, including two recharging points for electric bikes.
