Located in the heart of the Parvis district, in the charming municipality of Saint-Gilles, L’Ermitage Saint-Gilles is an independent, urban, and committed bar project. Based on a circular economy model, this unique venue promotes short supply chains, ensuring fresh and local products. All the beers offered come directly from the Ermitage brewery, located less than 2 kilometers from the bar.

L’Ermitage Saint-Gilles values authenticity and taste through a meticulous selection of craft products. Beer lovers will discover carefully chosen artisanal creations, while the more curious can enjoy original cocktails, draft soft drinks, or natural wines, selected in collaboration with passionate brewers and winemakers. To accompany these drinks, the bar offers homemade sourdough pizzas and a range of artisan products to enjoy on-site.

Just 30 minutes on foot from Brussels’ historic center, this warm and friendly venue is also available for private or professional events. Various configurations are possible: privatize the entire bar, only the ground floor, or the upstairs room. The latter can accommodate up to 50 people for an aperitif or a walking dinner, or 30 people in a theater-style setup for a meeting. A full privatization allows for up to 100 standing guests or 80 seated guests.
