Seven Living is a place for gathering, culture and connection, brought to life by an inspired architect. Just 15 minutes from Liège or Maastricht, and conveniently located near the train station and its parking facilities, this high-end venue hosts all kinds of small-scale events.

The ground floor of this renovated former furniture store houses a designer boutique, while upstairs you will find La Maison. This 170 m² multi-purpose space is ideal for seminars, training sessions or conferences, as well as workshops, art exhibitions or concerts.

Warm thanks to its light wooden flooring and elegant with its grand piano, the space can accommodate 30 to 40 people in meeting or seated configuration. In theatre or cocktail setup, the maximum capacity is 69 guests. Calm and serenity are key here: Seven Living does not allow dance parties.

La Maison offers all modern comforts in a refined setting: designer furniture, a bar area, high-speed internet, projection equipment and more. As the venue is free of catering obligations, you are free to organise a buffet or light catering to complement your event.

Seven Living focuses on flexibility and conviviality. You can rent La Maison for half a day, a full day or in the evening until 11 p.m., during the week or at weekends.
