La Bourse aux Livres is a former industrial site in the north-west of Tournai, of which a vast area has been converted into a cultural place of sharing. The site has multi-purpose rooms to rent for conferences, seminars, concerts and private receptions.

The friendly and special atmosphere emanating from this building which is decorated with recycled objects, will leave your guests with lasting memories. At present, La Bourse aux Livres is divided into several distinct parts: a zone dedicated to books, a creative space and Hall 3.

The creative space can accommodate up to 50 people for a team building session or a workshop.
Hall 3 consists of a large modular room and a bar with a mezzanine. The atmosphere reminds you of a flea market and offers a comfortable and fully flexible 320 m2 surface area. Heated and lit, it can accommodate 50 adults for a meeting, 80 guests for a conference and up to 100 guests for a standing dinner. It is equipped with a bar, kitchen, tables and chairs, light and sound equipment, a screen, Wi-Fi and a stage.

Stands all around the hall have been set up to accommodate exhibitors for a trade fair or can be used as stage for a show or conference. The establishment offers the services of its brewer and accepts the arrival of the caterer of your choice. Charges and cleaning of the venue are included in the rental price.
