Centre de la Laine

The superb building of the Centre de la Laine (wool centre) in the heart of Verviers offers a reception room that is ready to host all your events in the most favourable conditions.

It is indeed in the old 18th century drapery factory, at only 2 minutes from the motorway exit of Lambermont, that you will find this room, which is ideal to turn your reception into a friendly and successful experience.

Two adjoining and communicating rooms are at your disposal on the first floor, with a respective surface area of 80 m² and 52 m², and you will also have access to the terrace. You can organise these spaces according to your needs, since the layout is very flexible and adaptable.

The proposed equipment is very complete and will meet all your expectations since sound equipment is provided, as well as a projection screen with its projector, a stage and a flipchart. Also note that Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the space.

Please note that chairs and tables are included for receptions, offering a capacity of 10 to 50 people for seated meals, 80 people for buffets and up to 100 people for dance evenings. The kitchen is located on the ground floor: you are free to call upon the caterer of your choice, whereas the Centre de la Laine provides the brewer. A parking lot is accessible nearby and a cloakroom is at your disposal to ensure the comfort of your event. Finally, cleaning and energy charges are included in the rental price.
