Espace EVENT Chapeauveau

Taking its name from the hamlet in which it is located, the Chapeauveau EVENT place is a fully modular venue in Hélécine. This two-level former farmhouse is the perfect venue for all kinds of private and professional events.

Located just 30 minutes from Liège and Brussels, the Chapeauveau event venue is one of a kind. You can organise practically any event you can imagine: meetings, incentives, training courses, conferences, seminars, webinars, team building events, product presentations, business meals, exhibitions or concerts! Planning a private party? The site is also available for weddings, birthdays and even children's parties.

The Chapeauveau EVENT venue has 200 m² of space with a total seating capacity of 60 and a standing capacity of 100. The outside area covers 2 hectares and includes a pond bordered by willow trees, a vast terrace, a swimming pool and a parking lot with 60 places. An inflatable structure can be set up for children.

On the ground floor is a charming, fully equipped event room with plants hanging from the ceiling and natural light. Around the pellet stove, you can organise your meetings using high-tech equipment: videoconferencing equipment, Logitech Bar, projector with giant screen, mobile TV, two relay screens, flipchart... A semi-professional kitchen and a relaxation area complete the layout.

Upstairs, a cosy area awaits you around the wood stove, leading on to a room where you can organise a meal. You can bring your own caterer and brewer to the Chapeauveau EVENT place, but we can also organise your tailor-made catering service. Gourmet breakfast, lunch, hot or cold buffet, raclette or barbecue, just follow your culinary desires!

Last but not least, another asset of the venue is its accommodation capacity. A total of 13 people can be accommodated in four suites on the farm. A range of packages are available.
