Resolutely contemporary in its design and layout, the Loft emphasises the cosy aspect. Its splendid glass roof brings a beautiful luminosity, while the mezzanine offers a comfortable relaxation space. On the ground floor, a large open kitchen with a central island and a table for 12 people awaits you. It is also possible to hire additional furniture to organise an event for up to 40 seated people.

The Loft also has a 150 m² terrace with green and a capacity of 50 people. The artistic decor is perfect for a cocktail party or a birthday party.

This beautiful place lends itself to many private uses: small weddings, bachelor parties, christenings, communions... It is also ideal for hosting your corporate events, from meetings to company parties. In terms of capacity, the Loft is suitable for indoor gatherings of 12 to 40 people.

On site, you have a bar and a kitchen, as well as sound equipment and a Wi-Fi connection. You can choose a caterer or even invite a chef ! Utilities are included and you can have the place cleaned for an extra charge.
