Any request for a year-round rental is possible and negotiable.
Other services for a fee:

-> Use of glasses only: 0.20 € excl. VAT / person
Cleaning costs are included as well as electricity, gas and water charges
A deposit of 250 € will be required (125 € for "adapted rate").
