The Namur Aerodrome is located in the northern part of Namur Province, about 7 km from the city center. It is close to the E411 and E42 highways in Wallonia, as well as the Namur train station. Nestled in open fields at an altitude of 181 meters, the aerodrome offers a panoramic view of the runway and the surrounding countryside, located in the Temploux-Suarlée area.
The Aerodrome offers a variety of spaces, including several meeting rooms, a reception hall, and a rooftop.
The Rooftop boasts a stunning 340° view – the perfect place to impress your guests! Ideal for corporate or private events with up to 600 guests: cocktails, birthdays, evening parties, exhibitions, or even rally departures.
The Jumbo Room, located on the first floor, has a maximum capacity of 300 people. It's perfect for hosting a conference, product launch, workshop, wedding, or even a classical concert! This flexible space allows for multiple configurations and is fully equipped with three giant screens, several projectors and spotlights, as well as speakers. It also features blackout blinds, heating and air conditioning, and private restrooms. You also have direct access to the Rooftop and its breathtaking view!
The Brasserie of the Aerodrome can cater your event for up to 50 people. For events with more than 50 guests, four partner caterers are available.
Audio-visual equipment and services are exclusively provided by Son Excentrique. You may book the Rooftop on its own, although it is usually combined with the Jumbo Room. A beautiful stretch tent ensures coverage throughout the summer season.
The other meeting rooms, with capacities ranging from 2 to 60 people, have been fully renovated. They are equipped with everything you need for your sessions: interactive screens with integrated whiteboards, projectors, basic sound and lighting equipment, and free Wi-Fi. Blackout blinds ensure comfortable projection of documents and videos. All rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
For catering during meetings, the Brasserie of the Aerodrome is your exclusive partner. It offers à la carte service, from breakfast to lunch in the restaurant, including snacks, meal trays, or sandwiches. Don’t hesitate to contact the Brasserie for creative proposals and customized quotes.
For team-building activities, aeronautical experiences can be arranged (aerodrome tours, gliders, helicopters, light aircraft, drone flying, flight simulators…), or you may prefer to stay grounded!
