The Aérodrome de Namur or Namur-Suarlée Airfield is located in the north of the Province of Namur, about 7 km from the city centre. The site is close to the E411 and E42 Walloon motorways, as well as the Namur train station. Situated in the middle of a field, at an altitude of 181 m, the aerodrome offers a view of the runway and the surrounding countryside, located on the territory of Temploux-Suarlée.
The Aérodrome offers different types of spaces. The premises house several meeting rooms, as well as a reception hall and a rooftop.
The Rooftop has a 360° view: it is the perfect place to surprise your guests! It is suitable for your corporate or private events of up to 300 guests: cocktails, birthdays, parties, exhibitions or even the start of a rally.
The Jumbo Room, located on the first floor, has a maximum capacity of 300 people.
It can be used for conferences, presentations, workshops, weddings and even classical concerts! The space is modular and offers a multitude of configurations. It is also fully equipped with three large screens, several projectors and spotlights, as well as speakers. It has blackout blinds, heating and air-conditioning are included, and private sanitary facilities are at your disposal. Finally, you have direct access to the Rooftop and its breathtaking view!
These two areas are free of catering, without any corkage fee, but the audiovisual entertainment is provided exclusively by the company Son Excentrique. You can book the Rooftop, of which 63 m² are covered, alone or in combination with the Jumbo Room. A stretch tent ensures that you will be sheltered all summer long.
The six meeting rooms, with a capacity of 2 to 55 people, have been completely renovated. They are equipped with all the necessary equipment for a smooth proceeding of your meetings: interactive screen with integrated whiteboard, projector, basic sound and light equipment and free Wi-Fi. Blackout blinds allow you to project your documents and videos in a comfortable way. All rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility - PRM.
In terms of catering, the Brasserie de l'Aérodrome is your exclusive catering partner for the meeting rooms. You are offered a tailor-made service, from breakfast to lunch in the restaurant, including light meals, meal trays and sandwiches.
