The Hub Business Center is a real ecosystem dedicated to companies and is resolutely focused on well-being at work. In this fully modular site, 1,100 m² awaits you, organised around four areas.
The co-working room is available as a shared space or as a dedicated office, with access to various meeting rooms and common areas. Private offices are available in two formulas: your own private office or an address for your headquarters. The meeting rooms are available for small or large meetings: Gemba (6 people maximum), Merlin (8 people) and Rez-Créative (up to 30 participants). Finally, the Lobby space is designed for teambuilding sessions or company parties for up to 60 participants.
The Hub is designed as a stimulating ecosystem, conducive to exchange and creativity. The Hub-community offers regular training courses and organises corporate events. Much more than a simple business centre, the Hub is a network that supports and accompanies entrepreneurs to enable them to develop their business.
On the practical side, the Hub provides parking for cars and bicycles with charging stations for e-bikes. The premises are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility - PRM. The rental of the various spaces includes cleaning and charges. There is a kitchen and bar on site, as well as a library and a relaxation area. Catering can be arranged or a foodtruck can be brought in. Drinks and fruit are freely available!
Hyperconnected, the Hub has state-of-the-art equipment and provides flipcharts and markers. The place has been designed to combine comfort, technology and well-being.
