This 17th century farmhouse, steeped in history, has been elegantly renovated to provide the necessary comfort and modernity while preserving the authenticity of the place. With several spaces of different capacities available for rent, the Domain can accommodate small or large events of up to 600 people. Depending on your needs, it is possible to rent 1 room or to combine several spaces with or without kitchen and equipment.
To guarantee the success of your event, Praesenti works with quality partners, in particular for audiovisual services with the company Auvicom, as well as for catering services where you have to choose from a selection of professional caterers. The brewer is imposed except for the wines and aperitifs where you are free to choose your supplier. The farm has a wide range of equipment: furniture, a fully equipped professional kitchen, small quantities of crockery, etc. Please contact the team for rental details.
Compulsory cleaning is extra and energy costs are included in the budget (except for Foodtruck).
For private events, the impressive venue, the stone building and the visible framework will undoubtedly provide a bucolic atmosphere for your receptions and a charming setting for your wedding.
On the business side, the various modular spaces allow you to easily organise seminars, workshops, training courses or conferences in a friendly atmosphere.

The outside area is not overlooked either, ideally located away from the houses, the Domain has a large parking lot and a garden that can accommodate your marquee, tent or any other bouncy castle. 
Easily accessible, the Domain benefits from a unique location less than 30 minutes from Brussels, on the border of Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant and Hainaut.
