Description

The Villa des Fleurs is a 19th century building in the heart of Spa, in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths. Mainly intended for meetings and seminars, this conference room has six rooms on site and a restaurant 50 m away.

Easily accessible, this beautiful villa is ideally located in the centre of Spa, only 5 minutes from the F1 race track of Spa-Francorchamps. Built 50 metres from the thermes of Spa, the Villa des Fleurs allows you to enjoy privileged access to the baths thanks to the owner's agreement!

The house has three elegant meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 20 participants in theatre configuration. The rental includes furniture, kitchen and bar facilities, as well as video projection equipment and a flipchart. The use of the cloakroom, energy costs and cleaning are included in the price.

The Villa de Fleurs also offers 12 comfortable and charming rooms. In addition, the owner offers a number of attractive packages combining accommodation and room rental.

As for the restaurant, you can have your meals at the Auberge, located 50 m from the Villa des Fleurs. You can choose the menu of the day, a lunch with main course and dessert, or a complete suggestion menu. You can also enjoy a coffee break.

The Villa des Fleurs has a garden, as well as an outdoor area where you can bring a food truck. Parking is available on site.

The site is dedicated to residential seminars, congresses and professional events. The owner also accepts birthday parties, but please note that dance parties cannot be held after 11pm.
