In the authentic decor of this 18th-century mill, take advantage of a welcoming space to organise your meetings and seminars. Unique in the province of Namur, the Vencimont mill puts people and the environment first.
Built in 1729, the Vencimont mill produces high-quality natural flour in an artisanal way. In the heart of the Namur Ardennes, in the Houille valley, this superb building surrounded by forest also has a conference room. The site is easy to reach from Beauraing in a quarter of an hour, Namur in an hour or Brussels in an hour and a half. A private car park is available for visitors.
The Moulin de Vencimont is set in a peaceful natural setting on the banks of a river, where companies can reserve a beautiful meeting space with a view of the surrounding countryside. The team focuses on a warm welcome and close proximity to nature, in an eco-responsible approach. Perfectly equipped, the seminar room has a long table that can seat 30 people, as well as a relaxation area with sofas and a fireplace. The room can also be used to organise a conference or corporate evening for up to 50 participants. A projection and sound system, as well as a flipchart and Wi-Fi connection, are at your disposal. You can also use the kitchen.
The Moulin de Vencimont is caterer-free and can accommodate a food truck. The property has two charming holiday homes, with a total capacity of nine bedrooms and as many bathrooms, for a total of 18 sleeping places. Each has a spacious living room, a terrace and direct access to the mill's grounds, where there are play structures for children. At Christmas time, the estate also offers four cabins on the water - that's eight double rooms with en suite bathrooms in a magical setting!
Go back in time and treat your colleagues to a stay in the idyllic setting of this authentic mill! Organise a seminar in the green, or a team building event that's different from all the others in a natural setting steeped in peace and quiet. Let yourself be soothed by the sound of water and enjoy the warm welcome of the Vencimont mill...
