A jewel of the city's architectural heritage, the Rotterdam 21 social club building is a popular venue for both business and private users. Ideally located in the heart of Liège, five minutes on foot from the station and three minutes by car from the motorway, the venue combines elegance and functionality. Nine parking spaces are reserved on site.

The emphasis in this former hôtel de maître is on comfort and brightness. The interior combines perfectly mouldings and parquet flooring, designer furniture and sophisticated lighting. Rotterdam 21 offers five spaces for hire for your private or corporate events:
- the Juice Bar, which can accommodate 30 guests in a warm and welcoming setting;
- Côté Rue, ideal for meetings of up to 35 people;
- the StudiOR and its cosy terrace, perfect for a birthday party or a meeting for up to 40 people;
- Côté Jardin, a pretty space with a view over the park and seating capacity for 42 guests;
- the Salle des Fêtes, with a capacity of 90 people.

Rotterdam 21 also has a coworking space and a meeting room, suitable for meetings of up to 16 and 20 people respectively.

The rental of the various areas includes the provision of furniture and entertainment equipment: flipchart, projector with screen, sound system and lighting, etc. On site, you can take advantage of a bar and kitchen, and even bring in a food truck.
