Located at the exit of the E19 highway, 10 minutes from Waterloo and 20 minutes from Nivelles, Espace del Goutte offers a well-lit parking lot with 500 spaces. The buildings are spread over two levels, including a mezzanine, and offer modular conference or reception rooms for private or corporate events, from 10 to 1200 people.

The entire space is open, but can be divided with movable partitions. On the ground floor, four rooms await you. The Patio, a bright central space, hosts your private or professional meetings. With capacities of 150 and 120 standing, the room can also host meals for 70 to 90 guests, private parties, or cocktails. The La Moisson and Le Peson rooms, with a combined capacity of 80 to 400 guests, are perfect for organizing a conference, seminar, or presentation. It is possible to bring in up to ten cars for a product launch or automotive gala. These spaces are also available for large weddings, for example.

The Manège and the Sellerie, two smaller rooms, are perfect for a seminar or corporate banquet. These rooms are reserved for business events.

Upstairs, a beautiful mezzanine and two other rooms, Le Fenil and Le Pallier, are ideal for private or professional meetings. The wood and natural light, present everywhere, give these spaces a warm atmosphere.

Each space is fully renovated and equipped to ensure the success of your event, whether it's a wedding, conference, or corporate party. Free Wi-Fi and a flipchart are available in all rooms, along with a projector with a fixed screen, a BOSE sound system, and videoconferencing equipment via LedTV.
