Much more than just a space to hire for your events in Louvain-la-Neuve, Altérez-vous is a concept! Combining an organic, local and fair-trade restaurant with a sustainable and eco-responsible approach, this meeting place is unique in its kind.

Modern and welcoming, Altérez-vous is located in the town centre, in the heart of the pedestrian area and just a two-minute walk from the public car parks. Easily accessible by public transport, close to the station and the motorway exit, Altérez-vous offers spaces for rent on two floors, with attractive terraces overlooking the Place des Brabançons.

Altérez-vous is a modular and welcoming venue offering three rental options. Là-haut is a small room with natural light and wooden parquet floor, ideal for a meeting or teambuilding for up to 25 participants. The Altérez-vous room, on the ground floor, is suitable for all types of private or corporate event and can accommodate up to 50 guests at tables and 60 standing. Do you need more space or would you like to choose a "two rooms, two atmospheres" package? Book Là-haut and En bas to make the most of the bar, kitchen, play corner, terrace... Together, they can accommodate up to 50 guests for a meal or up to 70 people for a cocktail party.

Although you can choose your own caterer at Altérez-vous, you can also take advantage of a high-quality organic catering service on site. On the menu: vegetarian quiche, traditional lasagne, nibbles, cheese, desserts and home-made cakes, not forgetting a drinks menu. The house also offers a formula for your coffee breaks. The food is purchased locally, and dishes are made using organic, seasonal ingredients.

Hire is ultra-flexible: weekdays or weekends, by the day (with a minimum of four hours) or in the evening... The rate includes energy charges and cleaning of the premises. A projection system and Wi-Fi connection are available on site. Crockery and cutlery are provided on request and at an additional cost.
