Château de Chanxhe

Built in the 17th century, Château de Chanxhe has lost none of its splendour. This magnificent estate in Sprimont hosts upscale private and corporate events. The 9 bedrooms in the holiday cottage provide on-site accommodation.

Located 20 minutes from Liège and 15 minutes from Comblain, on the outskirts of Aywaille, the Chanxhe estate is close to the Remouchamps Caves and the Ourthe Valley. Its privileged location, easy accessibility and peaceful surroundings make it an ideal venue for a wide range of occasions: weddings, birthdays, communions, seminars, team-building events, corporate parties and more. The estate can accommodate 90 to 100 seated guests or 130 guests for a cocktail reception or dance party. You are free to choose your own service providers.

The outdoor areas feature lush gardens with a former church, as well as a courtyard with a 6.5 × 10 m marquee, ideal for an aperitif or cocktail reception. Inside, the castle’s former forge houses a 140 m² reception room with a fireplace, bar and service counter.

The château also features a 16-person holiday cottage, allowing you to stay on site with your family or close colleagues. The elegantly appointed bedrooms feature high-quality bedding. The shared spaces include a lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a superb dining room.
