Located in the hamlet of Barvaux-Condroz, Domaine de L’Art de Vivre is a beautiful fully restored U-shaped farmhouse. Built in 1850 from local stone, this former outbuilding of the Château de Barvaux-Condroz has retained its magnificent original wooden framework.

For the past 25 years, the venue has been highly sought after for weddings, while also hosting all kinds of private receptions, including christenings, communions and birthdays. It also welcomes professional events, such as meetings, seminars and conferences, as well as larger events such as concerts and shows.

Domaine de L’Art de Vivre is also a training centre offering catering on request: breakfasts, lunches, regional buffets, three-course dinners, coffee, tea and unlimited soft drinks. Everything is designed to provide a flexible, hassle-free service. Whether for a training session, workshop or themed activities, the setting, the flexibility of the services and the possibility of accommodating up to 19 people are sure to appeal to you!

With 5 modular rooms, Domaine de L’Art de Vivre can accommodate 10 to 350 people. The venue is caterer-friendly and provides a brasserie service. An equipped kitchen can also be made available, provided you choose one of the venue’s partner caterers.

Surrounded by large green spaces, Domaine de L’Art de Vivre has a calm and intimate atmosphere. This privileged setting also provides the perfect backdrop for taking beautiful photographs of your event.

L’Art de Vivre also offers accommodation in one of its 2 holiday cottages, suitable for 5 or 16 people.

A large well-lit car park next to the buildings makes parking easy. The estate is located 20 minutes from Marche-en-Famenne, 35 minutes from Namur or Huy, and 40 minutes from Liège.
