Housed in a building that was once dedicated to children's leisure activities, MICF also offers a 10-space on-site car park for organisers and service providers. For larger events, a secure optional car park with up to 135 spaces is available, providing added convenience for your guests and colleagues.

MICF is dedicated to professionals in the construction sector, from finance to architecture, while welcoming businesses from all industries. Its facilities are available for hire for a wide range of professional events, and the meeting room can occasionally be used for private functions.

The venue can accommodate a U-shaped meeting for up to 40 participants or a conference for up to 100 guests. Although you are free to choose your own caterer, MICF can provide a list of trusted catering partners upon request.

The conference room can be booked by the hour, half-day or full day and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector with screen and a professional sound system. On request, MICF also offers a wide range of additional services, including themed decoration, a photo booth, entertainment and full event organisation.
