The center's first advantage for professionals: if your organization is active in the fields above, you benefit from a preferential rate on renting a meeting room. Mundo Namur offers eight, including the "Okavango" conference room: a professional space that is modular and fully equipped, seating 40 and standing 70. This room is just as suitable for a training day as for a meeting, a workshop, a conference or an information session.

The rental includes a Wifi and Ethernet connection, a projector, and a flipchart. On request, we provide a microphone with speaker, various cables and adapters.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1 pm to 2 pm. However, Mundo Namur's work and coworking spaces are accessible 7 days a week.

The site offers secure bicycle parking. The entire building is wheelchair accessible. The terrace is freely accessible and you can use the cloakrooms on simple request. Would you like a catering service to enhance your training course or seminar? Mundo Namur has a cafeteria, run by Pinpon, open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm. A sustainable catering service is also available.
