Set in a former coaching inn in the heart of Hainaut, Cense de Lalouette is today an event venue renowned for its full-service care and the quality of its services.

It all starts with easy access by car via the motorway and a parking lot for 70 vehicles. You then step into an estate with beautifully kept grounds, offering two spaces for organizing your events.

The Balthazar room, with its stone vault, exposed roof structure and veranda overlooking the park, breathes authenticity. The equipment and lighting, however, have nothing to envy from modern rooms! In terms of capacity, this space can host a meeting for 50 people, a conference for up to 150 participants, but also a meal for 260 guests or a dance party for up to 300 guests.

Salmanazar is a smaller, cozier room, well suited to a meeting, a team building or a staff party for up to 100 participants.

On the organizational side, the suppliers go above and beyond to ensure every gathering succeeds: stage manager, master of ceremonies, chefs, waitstaff, DJ, host…

The quality of the equipment contributes to Cense de Lalouette's reputation. Wifi, sound system (three microphones, five amplifiers and 21 speakers), customizable RGB lighting, video projectors with fixed and motorized screens, flat-screen TV, easel, flipcharts, whiteboards: nothing is missing! You can also rent a bouncy castle or a photobooth for an extra fee.

On the culinary side, every option is possible, from a cocktail dinner to grilled dishes by the fireplace or a four-course menu. Cense de Lalouette even offers a surprise-filled Discovery menu, revealed on the day itself.

The estate has three luxury apart-hotels: two apartments and a suite, for a total of seven double rooms. If you book a room for a wedding, accommodation is offered to the newlyweds for their wedding night.
