This 18th century farm is surrounded by meadows and forests and provides an authentic and peaceful setting for a seminar in the green, a team building day or a pleasant cocktail party for your staff.

A large room with stone walls and an exposed roof structure gives it its unique character. It can accommodate up to 150 guests and can be arranged in different ways depending on your reception. A venue with character to make your banquet or standing dinner a real success!

On the first floor, a pretty mezzanine and a seminar room welcome your professional meetings comfortably with all the necessary equipment, Wi-Fi, screen, flipchart...
Outside there are some wonderful areas to enjoy. The marvellous park is particularly well suited for beautiful wedding photos, the gardens and meadows can be fitted out with tents or marquees if you wish, and beyond that the abundant nature of the Condruzian countryside is ideal for your walks and hikes.
The Ferme de Blocqmont is free of caterers and free of brewers and has a semi equipped kitchen. A food truck is also welcome if you prefer.
The farm also has a charming, fully equipped 2-bedroom cottage for 4 people.

Easily accessible from Yvoir, the farm is located 50 minutes from Brussels and Liège, 20 minutes from Namur and barely 5 minutes from Dinant. It has a large parking lot with over 120 spaces.
