In the heart of Bastogne, in the Belgian Ardennes, Maison Melba brings together everything needed to organize events, meetings and seminars in one single location: two fully equipped rooms, a 4-star hotel with 52 rooms, a restaurant and a variety of activities.

The venue offers two distinct and flexible spaces suitable for different event formats, from small meetings to larger receptions, with capacities of up to 50 guests. Everything can be organized on site, without the need for multiple providers.

On the ground floor, the creative room stands out thanks to its bold design and immersive atmosphere, making it ideal for workshops and interactive presentations. It accommodates 25 participants in U-shape or classroom setup, 30 in boardroom format and 40 in theatre configuration, with direct access to a large terrace and green outdoor area. The room is also suitable for catered receptions, hosting 40 seated guests or up to 60 people for a cocktail event.

On the first floor, the seminar room offers a more classic and functional setting, ideal for meetings, training sessions and structured presentations. It can accommodate up to 20 people in U-shape, 25 in classroom or boardroom setup and 49 in theatre format. The room includes complete equipment such as a projector, mobile screen, Wi-Fi and flipchart, as well as access to a large terrace.

Maison Melba also features 52 rooms, allowing guests to stay on site. The restaurant serves modern urban cuisine tailored to each event and can be privatized for up to 120 guests.

Team-building activities can enhance the experience, including gin tastings, creative workshops or virtual reality experiences, ideal for adding rhythm to an event.

Easily accessible just a 3-minute walk from Bastogne city center, the venue offers free parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The hotel and restaurant are located less than 5 minutes from the motorway connecting Brussels, Luxembourg and Liège. A bus station less than 100 meters away also makes access by public transport easy.
