The owner of the premises invites you to organise your private or professional reception in a bright, sleekly designed space, with warm wooden floors and walls combining red bricks and immaculate white sections.

Dedicated to the arts, well-being and creativity, Espace 44 is an entirely modular establishment that lends itself well to exhibitions, openings, themed training sessions and team building activities.

The first room, on the ground floor, has a capacity of 20 people and is ideal for a conference or seminar. It has a projector, a screen, a flipchart, Wi-Fi network and complete furniture. This long room opens onto a charming patio. The second room is in the basement. With its minimalist decoration, vaulted ceiling and carefully controlled lighting, it exudes a warm atmosphere.

To encourage dialogue in a relaxed atmosphere, call on the services of the owner who will prepare your coffee break, business lunch or cocktail reception. She will be able to prepare delicious Italian-inspired dishes using fresh, quality products in the establishment's kitchen.
