Le Maloma
Foster
Description
Welcome to a one-of-a-kind ecosystem, both close to major cities and surrounded by nature! The Màloma restaurant, located in the west wing of Foster Farm, offers an immersive culinary experience in Rosières.
Founded by Chef Georges Athanassopoulos, named 2024 Young Brussels Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau, the restaurant is entirely powered by green energy (wind turbine and solar panels), and its water comes from a well. Màloma fully embraces the spirit of the venue, bringing artisans, farmers and entrepreneurs together around a shared desire to create new connections in the heart of nature.
The chef and his team skilfully use local produce, which they reinterpret with boldness and creativity. Short supply chains and organic farming are naturally at the heart of the concept. Changing with the seasons and depending on availability, the menu is sure to surprise even the most discerning palates.
The restaurant offers 34 seats and can be privatised for groups of 20 people or more. Organise a business or family meal in a charming setting in the heart of Walloon Brabant!
On site, you have access to a 45-space car park with a bicycle area and e-bike charging stations. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. You can also enjoy the terrace and Foster’s many green spaces.
Treat yourself to a fine dining experience where nature takes centre stage, both on the table and all around you! Màloma, Foster’s restaurant, awaits you in Rosières, just 15 km from Brussels, Wavre and Louvain-la-Neuve.
